Project Overview
Challenge
Managing inventory across multiple warehouses and organizations required manual data entry, disconnected systems, and time-consuming delivery coordination with no route optimization.
Solution
We built an integrated platform with an Admin App for staff (barcode scanning, invoicing, delivery routing) and a Customer App for mobile ordering, all syncing with the ERP system through cloud functions and a dual-database architecture.
Results
Warehouse operations became fully digitized with barcode-driven workflows, delivery routes are optimized automatically for multi-truck fleets, and customers can place orders and pay via PromptPay QR directly from their phones.

Cloud Functions sync data from Zoho Inventory ERP into the cloud
Scheduled and on-demand sync modules pull items, warehouses, vendors, customers, transfer orders, and invoices from Zoho Inventory into Cloud Firestore and PostgreSQL.
